The Engineer I is responsible for the daily operations and activities which they have been assigned and provide administrative and technical support as directed by department management. Engineer I is an entry level position with general knowledge of maintenance. All duties are performed in accordance with department and Sunseeker Resorts policies, practices and procedures. Job Duties • Complete work orders • Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs • Perform other job-related duties as requested • Able to use diagnostic tools, such as but not limited to: Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM meters, compound gauges and pressure gauges etc. • Able to work from blueprints and schematics, and interpret manufactures guidelines for the operation and maintenance of related equipment • Knowledgeable of hand and power tools • Proficient at inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing equipment and facilities fixtures, furnishings, and equipment • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
