MECHANICAL ENGINEER II QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ Years of Experience – Proven experience in HVAC & Mechanical Design for critical care and laboratory facilities. • Proficiency in Energy Modeling Tools – Experience using eQUEST, Trane Trace, ENERGY STAR, or Carrier HAP for load analysis and system performance assessment. • Strong Technical & Design Software Skills – Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and Building Information Modeling (BIM). • Understanding of Industry Standards & Codes – Knowledge of NFPA, Joint Meeting, and local/state/national mechanical engineering regulations. • Time Management & Adaptability – Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and transition efficiently between tasks. • Excellent Communication & Technical Writing – Strong ability to convey complex ideas, create technical documentation, and prepare reports/presentations. • Ability to work onsite in Camden County, NJ a minimum of 3 days a week. • Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure – Preferred; must be actively working towards licensure.
