Intellicor is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining printing equipment and facility systems to ensure optimal production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting in a manufacturing or printing environment. We are looking for a team member to fill a position on either the first shift (M-F, 7 AM – 3 PM) or the second shift (M-F, 3 PM – 11 PM). Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Web/Bindery assets and facility systems. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and execute timely repairs. • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. • Respond quickly to production breakdowns to minimize downtime. • Maintain detailed maintenance records and update logs as needed. • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. • Assist with facility maintenance, lighting, and general building repairs when needed. • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications & Skills: • Experience: 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or printing environment preferred. • Technical Skills: Knowledge of printing presses, bindery equipment, mechanical systems, PLCs, and electrical troubleshooting. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields is a plus. • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
