SHIFT AVAILABLE: 2-2-3 12-hour Straight Nights, 7:00-7:00! Every other weekend off! STARTING PAY: $30.77-$39.60/hour + Plus $1.25/hour night shift premium! Based off of skillset and experience! BENEFITS: • Benefits Day 1: Medical, Dental, Vision! • Retirement: 401(k) match up to 8% • Referral Bonus: up to $2,000! • Training & Education: Tuition Reimbursement WHAT ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS GET TO DO • Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities. • Performs necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and facility. • Troubleshoots electrical problems using manufacturers schematics and manuals. • Assists the equipment support person as needed with electrical repairs of the support equipment. • May make repairs to motors and gear boxes such as changing bearings, wiring repair, etc. • Problem solves issues concerning equipment operation and manufacturing processes where these relate to maximizing output. • Fills out maintenance request forms and may fill out work order. • Involvement in developmental project work including working with R&D, manufacturing and outside equipment and parts vendors. • Functions as part of the technical resources for the on-site staff. • Performs welding, cutting, drilling using electrical power tools as needed for fabrication. • Knowledge of procedures, work instructions and associated forms as required by the Key Area Leader. • Performs other projects/duties as assigned. (Allen Bradley 500 and 5000 software) • Use multi-meter to check voltage, resistance, and amps • Knowledge of Ohms Law/Watts Law • Ability to troubleshoot and repair, VFD, PLC, HMI, heating, and low voltage controls. • Knowledge of 3 phase motor rotation • Understanding of mechanical blueprint and schematics. • Plumbing/Hydraulics (hose fabrication, fitting ID and application) • Basic Welding (mig or stick, weld in position) • Ability to operate a drill press, lathe, mill and shop equipment. Electro-Mechanical Technician

Maintenance Mechanic Technician - 3rd shift (10PM to 6AM)

Tribute Baking Company is the strategic combination of five businesses with rich histories in the baking industry! Always Bagels, Original Bagel, Dutch Maid, Hometown Foods USA, and Just Bagels, together, create a market leading producer of authentic New York style kettle-boiled, hearth-baked bagels and high quality cake products sold into the in-store bakery, club store, foodservice, and convenience store channels. The Maintenance Mechanic Technician is based in our Lebanon, PA location. 5-6 days. The Maintenance technician will report of our Maintenance Manager. You can expect to perform daily mechanical repairs; preventative maintenance inspections of production and facility equipment; address immediate needs situations as they arise. Objective is to support and maintain smooth production operations and the safety for all personnel. The work schedule is 5 days/week including weekend work. Sat/Sun is part of the schedule. Duties/Responsibilities: • Properly troubleshoot and repair all equipment associated in the production, cooling, freezing and packaging, including, but not limited to mixers, dividers, retarders, coolers, freezers, conveyors, metal detectors, box erectors and bagging systems, etc. in a timely manner with minimal supervision. • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment according to assignment and schedule. • Perform general maintenance duties as it relates to plant equipment and building. • Properly perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding and plumbing duties as required. • Rebuild/replace equipment as needed, including but not limited to pumps, gear boxes, bearings, bushings, chains, conveyors, etc. • Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays and emergencies, as needed. Requirements: • Able to use basic hand tools and power tools. • Able to read blue prints and do layout work/sketches. • Basic knowledge of gas, gas tungsten (TIG), gas metal (MIG) and arc welding. Also able to use plasma cutter. • Timely analysis and repair of all breakdowns in plants using basic troubleshooting skills. • Fabrication experience a must. • Able to troubleshoot and wire a 3-phase motor. Repair 110-volt and 24-volt control wiring. • Knowledge of PLC a plus. • Good understanding of refrigeration • English skills must be proficient to understand, read, write and speak English. Spanish a plus. • Food production maintenance mechanic experience required. This is a tremendous opportunity.
