Electro-Mechanical Technician 2nd shift $31-36

What You’ll Do Maintenance & Troubleshooting • Install, inspect, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment used in extrusion, thermoforming, and automatic padding processes • Diagnose and fix issues with PLCs, HMIs, AC and DC motor drives, process heating systems, feedback control circuits, and more • Conduct preventive maintenance and basic calibration on production equipment Technical Knowledge & Operations • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals • Work with NEC codes where applicable • Operate forklifts, yard equipment, and shop tools safely and effectively Safety & Compliance • Participate in safety inspections, observations, and JSA risk assessments • Conduct food safety and defense inspections and report deficiencies What We’re Looking For Required • 2+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial electrical/mechanical setting • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and motor control systems • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Proficient with electrical multi-meters, megger insulation testers, and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred • Completion of a trade school program or Associate’s degree in a related field • Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) applications in a facility environment • Experience with thermoforming, laminating, or extrusion equipment is a plus Why You’ll Love Working with Us • Competitive pay based on experience • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.) • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunities for growth and training • A supportive, safety-first culture Don’t meet every single requirement? Mechanical Engineer

We currently have a Senior Mechanical Engineer (MEP) opening to support operations at our Wyomissing, PA office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and will lead engineering efforts in the mechanical design areas as part of a multi-office design team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual who wants to challenge their abilities in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assignments will have leadership and oversight of piping designers as well as interface with project managers to fulfill project requirements. • Create and develop a project design basis, PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment layout drawings from concept through approval. • Calculate heating and cooling loads for building systems. • Contribute to a variety of HVAC, plumbing, process piping and fire protection and data/telecommunication system design projects. • Work with multi-discipline staff in designing and implementing mechanical systems in new or existing buildings and industrial facilities. • Perform mechanical design calculations and standard computations, such as building heating and cooling. • Follow building design and energy codes and standards (ASHRAE, IBC). • Survey mechanical systems, equipment and building conditions. • Specify equipment requirements. • Prepare technical reports and specifications. • Coordinate with pipe designers and other disciplined designers in the development of project 3D models as well as interdisciplinary reviews. Capabilities and Credentials: • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. • Registered Engineer (P.E.) is preferred or the ability to obtain a license. • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience mechanical systems in new or existing buildings and industrial facilities. • Experience creating PFDs and P&IDs is required. • The ability to work on two or more interdisciplinary projects at once while effectively managing time and prioritizing project deliverables. • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. • Travel to job sites up to 10% of the time.
