The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: • Manage CAPEX projects, which include but not limited to writing, justification, project management and execution. Will Manage the onsite contractors to ensure CAPEX projects are completed safely and on-time. • Coordinate and manage equipment and process development to meet current and future plant requirements. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or a related technical degree is required. • At least 3 years experience managing capital projects, equipment installation, and trouble shooting in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with supporting equipment maintenance and process improvements within a manufacturing environment required. • Ability to analyze and resolve process and equipment issues. • Experience using AutoCAD, required. • Experience using 3D modeling software Solidworks or CATIA, preferred. • Strong leadership skills and has the ability to influence and work with all levels of the organization. • Excellent written, verbal communication, trouble shooting, and interpersonal skills. • Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project and similar project training software, and power point.
