V.I.E Offer - Manufacturing/process engineer H/F

About Charlatte America Charlatte America is the North American leader in the design and manufacturing of electric and combustion tow tractors for industrial and airport applications. As a subsidiary of the French Fayat Group, our site in Bluefield, Virginia is growing fast and is seeking to strengthen its industrial team with a V.I.E Manufacturing Engineer. You will support the site in continuous improvement initiatives and industrial process optimization projects. Your main missions will include: • Increase plant production capacity by identifying areas for improvement. • Maintain production standards by creating standard operating procedures. • Develop production tools to improve the efficiency and ergonomics of workstations. • Be an actor/leader of the Lean Manufacturing culture, organize continuous improvement workshops (5S, Muda analysis...), participate/contribute to the improvement of daily production meetings. • Promote exchanges and act as a major link between the French and American plants. • Support the implementation of digital tools for production. • Participate in industrial project management alongside the engineering, quality, and supply chain departments. • Engineering degree (general, mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering). • Previous experience in an industrial environment (internship, apprenticeship, or job) appreciated. • Strong analytical skills and practical, hands-on mindset. • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit. • Good English level mandatory (100% English-speaking work environment). Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary: The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for safely performing and maintaining large production machinery. Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines. Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary. Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance. Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts. Education and Experience: • Technical school or community college with related coursework or equivalent experience, required. • 10 year's experience working in an industrial environment. • OSHA safety training preferred.
