About the position Responsibilities • Safely execute and enforce all established safety, health, and quality procedures to drive production. • Work on coding programs, perform on-line testing, and debug programs and applications. • Troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct on-the-spot machine repairs. • Identify and examine production equipment failures to understand root causes and provide solutions. • Actively seek ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings while maintaining open communication with supervisors. Requirements • High School Diploma/GED plus two years of maintenance experience or a 2-year technical degree. • Ability to pass evaluation tests and practical hands-on evaluations. • Coordinate work with others to develop, test, install, and modify programs. • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office. • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems. • Ability to work under stressful and high-pressure scenarios.
