Restaurant Leader Role We are seeking a Restaurant Leader to support the daily operations and staff of our restaurant. As a fast-paced role, you will contribute to the success of the restaurant by building sales, hitting goals, and driving profitability. Main Responsibilities: • Provides daily supervision of team members during opening and closing shifts to ensure Company standards are maintained and continually improved. • Models professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere that encourages team members to perform at their best. • Maximizes the financial success of the restaurant through productive and guest-focused shifts. • Opens and/or closes the restaurant in accordance with Company policies and procedures. • Provides supervision support during shift not necessarily related to opening or closing the restaurant. • Effectively handles guests' complaints resulting in highly satisfied guests.

Transformer Rebuild

• Receive and inspect all incoming dry type transformers to provide information to Sales/Engineering as needed. • Disassembly of transformer-Document and label all parts. • To include enclosures if supplied • Disassemble core and coil taking care not to damage core laminations for reuse. • Reassembling transformers with new coils reusing OEM core and clamping structures- replacement of electrical bus and cable as needed • Final assembly of transformers to include all pertinent accessories, control wiring, and enclosure assembly as needed. • Assist in final shipping prep and loading of completed transformers.
