• Leads and coordinates the designs of electro-mechanical devices, components, assemblies, fixtures & tooling, etc. Should be fluent in solid modeling software, ideally Solidworks, and preference for knowledge with CAM software, ideally MasterCam for Solidworks, however, not necessarily required to do the CAM programming. • Reviews customer source control drawings, specification control drawings and other applicable specifications to determine requirements and/or feasibility of a component, device, assembly, etc. Will work with internal and external customers to implement specification, drawing and/or supplier revisions and updates, and create models and drawings for necessary testing, tolerance analysis, etc. • Will be immersed in molded part and mold tooling design utilizing low pressure liquid systems, thermoplastics, and elastomers. Molding techniques include injection, transfer, and casting processes.
