Job Responsibilities • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated systems, utilizing PLCs, ladder logic, and HMIs to resolve faults. • Maintain and support automated production equipment such as robotics, conveyors, sensors, actuators, and control systems. • Maintain air compressors, lighting, and water systems, while also conducting regular facility inspections. • Perform scheduled maintenance on heading, threading, painting, packaging, and automation equipment. • Assist with equipment setup, installation, commissioning, and upgrades, following schematics and technical manuals. • Support alignment and tooling adjustments during changeovers, and provide operator assistance throughout production runs. • Accurately complete work orders, downtime logs, and maintenance records, and communicate repair timelines with production leads. • Monitor tool and parts usage, proactively requesting reorders to prevent downtime. • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams, and train operators in basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. • Engage in root cause analysis and contribute to ongoing equipment performance enhancements. • Work independently without direct supervision, especially on back shifts, demonstrating a high level of maturity and the ability to understand priorities. • Adhere to OSHA standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company safety policies, while actively participating in safety programs, audits, and corrective actions. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance • Strong Electrical Background is required, experience with Control Voltage, HMIs, 24V, and DC Voltage. • Proficiency with PLCs, ladder logic, and electrical/control system troubleshooting. • Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and robotic systems. • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. • Associate's degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance is preferred. • Ability to communicate well, be proactive, demonstrate consistent drive and motivation What's in it for you?
