Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Perform mechanical repairs/maintenance of a variety of machinery. • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition. • Troubleshoot mechanical problems as reported by operators. • Check and verify correct job on machine. • Using job order, prepare and set up for next job. • Replace broken or worn components in machines. • Change hole punch bags at end of each shift. • As directed, assist with disassemble of machinery, changing parts, reassemble, etc. • Inspect machines to ensure correct parts and guards are in place. • Assist in giving breaks for Operators. • Check inker and roll, change as needed. • Cut down misprint rolls as needed. • Responsible for filling out necessary paperwork. • Train others as needed. • Maintain compliance in the Converting Department in regards to OSHA regulations, Food Safety, Quality and Plant regulations. • Will perform the above duties and any other duties assigned by Management.
