Supplier Quality Engineer - Now Hiring

PGS Worldwide is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to support supplier quality operations at a leading defense contractor in Anniston, Alabama. This on-site, essential role will focus on improving supplier performance, ensuring compliance with defense standards, and mentoring junior engineers. This is an initial 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity, and I will respond immediately to all qualified candidates. Job Description: • Investigate supplier quality issues through defect trending, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning • Drive containment and traceability of non-conformances and ensure rapid resolution • Evaluate First Article Inspections (FAIs) per AS9102B standards and assess test plans and supplier reports • Champion supplier improvement initiatives using A3 problem-solving and continuous improvement methods • Enforce purchase order requirements and support internal/external audits and reporting • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure supplier compliance • Mentor junior SQEs, promoting quality culture across the supply base Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree) • 4+ years of supplier quality or manufacturing quality engineering experience • Strong understanding of GD&T, mechanical drawings, root cause analysis, and CAPA • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9102B • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and related quality tools • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • US Citizenship Desired: • Defense or aerospace industry experience, particularly with electrical assemblies • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, or A3 methodology • Green Belt/Black Belt certification a plus • Experience in test plan validation, test execution, and product qualification Job ID: 7043 Military veterans and transitioning military members are encouraged to apply to all PGS Worldwide positions. Automotive Technician

We are currently seeking a C level (or above) Automotive Technician to become an integral part of our team! The position includes diagnosing, adjusting, and repairing automotive vehicles, as well as performing routine maintenance as per factory guidelines.
