Mechanic 1st Class, Cedartown, GA Arclin is currently looking for a Mechanic 1st Class for our Cedartown, GA location. Reporting into the Plant Engineering Manager this role is responsible for maintenance of plant equipment in a safe sound manner. Mechanic 1st Class Responsibilities: • Responsible for maintaining equipment in accordance with PSM (Process Safety Management) standards. • Accountable for driving continuous improvements in maintenance processes. • Responsible for conducting preventive inspections on equipment. • Ensure adherence to the department's safety program. • Ensure that jobs are completed in an environmentally sound manner. • Maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Oversee the completion of QIP (Quality Improvement Plan) objectives.
