CSG Talent is currently looking for a Reliability Engineer with experience in mining operations including mobile and fixed plant equipment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Provides Engineering Support for the Maintenance Team Subject Matter Expert for Reliability Engineering practices Initiates and Facilitate Root Cause Analysis of equipment failures and major breakdowns Identifies and proposes solutions for repeat equipment failures and unplanned downtime events Participates in execution of critical equipment inspections and analysis Analyzes Equipment Data, recommended maintenance plans, drawings, etc. Writes technically based Equipment Maintenance Plans Performs tracking and trending of equipment maintenance performance Review drawings and technical documentation Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field. Strong understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles. Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze equipment performance data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint. At least 3 years of experience in a heavy industrial environment. Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience focused on reliability within a manufacturing setting. Solid foundation in mechanical engineering concepts and practices. Familiarity with maintenance requirements for heavy industrial machinery. Technical expertise in: Rotating equipment , including mechanical power transmission systems, drive shafts, bearings, couplings, rollers, and conveyors. Hydraulic equipment , such as cylinders, servo valves, piping, hose assemblies, and filtration systems. Lubrication systems , including centralized oil/grease distribution and lubrication best practices. Capable of generating reports and insights based on equipment performance analysis.
