Team member will be required to perform mechanical related maintenance as required. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. • Must have a working knowledge of and be familiar with various types of tools and equipment such as, but not limited to, welders, torches, hammers, jacks, and various types of other mechanical, pneumatic, and hand tools pertaining to the construction and maintenance of locomotives. • Develop the skills of subordinate employee(s) to assure highly qualified successors are in place • Other responsibilities as assigned Requirements and Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
