You’ll be responsible for: • Troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to keep our buildings running efficiently. • Performing regular preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure consistent performance. • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues related to HVAC equipment. • Monitoring system performance and making adjustments to improve energy efficiency. • Collaborating with the facilities team to support general building maintenance. • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring minimal disruption to daily campus operations. • Keeping your working area safe, wearing and/or using appropriate safety equipment and tools, and abiding by established safety policies and procedures. Qualifications • High School diploma or GED • Prior HVAC Experience • EPA 608 Universal Certification (current or willing to obtain) • Experience or certification preferred in one or more of the following core competencies: electrical, piping, or building automation systems.
