Key Responsibilities: • Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. • Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently. • Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment. • Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and regulations. • Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions. • Collaborate with team members and provide guidance and support as needed. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is a plus. • Valid HVAC license or certification. • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. • Familiarity with applicable HVAC codes, standards, and regulations. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
