Join our team as an HVAC Control Systems Technician We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a robust understanding of HVAC systems and a passion for delivering exceptional service. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of both residential and commercial HVAC systems. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation, and refrigeration. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems. Advise customers on HVAC system maintenance, energy efficiency, and potential upgrades. Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing valuable training and guidance. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes, including safety standards. Maintain detailed records of service calls, work completed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Respond promptly to emergency service requests, resolving HVAC-related issues professionally. Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements to enhance performance. Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment. Rhode Island Master HVAC License or equivalent certification. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience with Building Automated Controls (BAC) is essential. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to quality workmanship. Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs). Availability to work on-call or during evenings/weekends as needed. NIAGRA Certified and knowledge in Building Automation Systems (BAS). Schedule: Full-time days (Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm) 62 per hour.
