Qualifications • Proven experience as an HVAC installer or in a similar field service role. • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction, appliance repair, or property maintenance. • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. • Ability to perform welding tasks as needed for certain installations. • Knowledge of boiler systems and air conditioning units is essential. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. • Valid driver's license is required; driver experience preferred. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
