The BAS also provides building schedules, alarms and trends. Job Details & Responsibilities Keep accurate maintenance logs and complete field service reports with accuracy. Provide exceptional, professional customer support to the EC&D customers. Install, maintain and repair heating ventilation and cooling units for commercial, municipal, education and healthcare customers. Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer. Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers. Maintain good working order of company vehicle as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection form. Vehicles should be washed on a regular basis. Maintain proper stock, parts, tools and safety equipment in the vehicle. Work well with others. Competencies: Thorough knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical control systems including programming experience for HVAC and BAS systems required. Ability to review, understand and analyze all types of mechanical drawings, engineered control drawings, specifications, wiring and sequences.
