Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems. • Diagnose issues with HVAC/R equipment and provide effective solutions. • Install new HVAC /R systems according to design specifications. • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues in a timely manner. • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. • Operate company vehicles for service calls as needed (valid driver's license required). • Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site. Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC/R Technician or similar role. • Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, heating units, and appliance repair techniques. • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred. • Certification or relevant training in HVAC/R technology is a plus.
