Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks related to servicing residential HVAC systems. From responding to service calls to performing planned maintenance and installations, your expertise will ensure the efficiency and safety of our clients' homes. THE HVAC TECH WE'RE LOOKING FOR Can you meet the following qualifications? • A high school diploma or equivalent • Demonstrable knowledge and skills in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and repair • General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including climbing ladders, heavy lifting, and working in various weather conditions • Residency within 40 minutes of Master Services • Strong customer service skills and a self-starter mentality • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team An associate degree is preferred.
