HVAC Refrigeration Specialist

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. We're looking for a dependable technician to keep our kitchens and bakeries running smoothly. You'll service and maintain refrigeration, cooking, and HVAC equipment across our 9-million-square-foot campus to ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration, HVAC, and commercial cooking equipment • Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections • Install and calibrate ventilation and appliance systems • Ensure compliance with refrigeration, gas, electrical, and OSHA safety standards • Work across a variety of equipment including walk-in freezers, chillers, ovens, fryers, exhaust hoods, HVAC units, and dishwashers Live affordably in a city known for its rising tech talent. Engineer/HVAC Mechanic

Qualifications: • Must possess a current CFC Universal License • Must have - 6 years' experience as a Building Engineer in a commercial environment. • Must have EMS experience. • Must be able to work any shift assigned. • Must be to work weekends. • Must be able to work overtime. • Must be able to work safely. • Must be a self-starter. • Must be willing to adhere to company policies. Physical Demands: • Work requires an abundance of walking, bending, kneeling, and working in uncomfortable positions.
