Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The HVAC Technician will also be responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates safely and effectively. Duties • Install and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including but not limited to heating units, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems. • Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems. • Operate service vehicles to travel to job sites efficiently. • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job. • Adhere to safety protocols while working with ammonia refrigeration systems and other hazardous materials. Experience • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar field service role is preferred. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting practices. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team while delivering high-quality service. • A valid driver's license is required for driving service vehicles to various job sites.
