Job Description: B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an HVAC Install Apprentice to service the Reading, PA area. Responsibilities: • Perform installation of HVAC, including Water heaters, PV Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Dryer Vents, and Dehumidifiers. • Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. • Develop basic knowledge of mechanical piping and ductwork. • Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure. • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job. Refrigeration & HVAC Service Technician

Our HVAC/R Service Technicians provide on-site equipment repairs for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. We are seeking a customer service oriented individual to provide our customers with maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment by diagnosing issues and replacing necessary parts. DUTIES: • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various types of commercial HVAC and refrigeration. • Order and install replacement parts as required. • Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring. • Repair, replace, or calibrate components on natural gas and LP heating systems. • Fabricate, assemble, and install electrical wiring, controls, and piping as required. • Wire and connect motors, pumps, compressors, temperature controls, heating elements, and humidity controls as required. • Provide proper refrigerant handling procedures according to federal EPA code. • Be available for one weekend a month for Clark Service Group's on-call schedule. • Promote a positive work environment and company culture. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED. • Strong mechanical aptitude. • CFESA Certificated Technician (preferred). • Associate's degree or certification in HVAC (preferred). • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. • All technicians are subject to annual background checks, clearances, and certifications.
