Position Requirements (Must-Have) • Valid PA Driver’s License • EPA 608 Certification • A2L Certification • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening • High school diploma or GED required • HVAC 2 years experience (Preferred) • Technical training or HVAC trade school (Preferred) • Working knowledge of boiler systems (A plus) Key Responsibilities • Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; recommend and perform repairs • Conduct routine system maintenance to ensure peak performance • Accurately document work completed and materials used • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams • Maintain company vehicle and tools in clean, working condition • Ensure job sites, vehicles, and company property are clean, safe, and organized • Hand tools needed to perform normal job functions • Participate in rotating on-call schedule and occasional weekend work • Keep certifications up to date and participate in ongoing training Compensation and Benefits Hourly Pay: • HVAC Installers: $22–$30/hour • HVAC Service Technicians: $20–$30/hour Full Benefits Package Includes: • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays • 401(k) with Profit Sharing • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Life and Disability Insurance • Company Vehicle with Fuel Card • Company-Issued Cell Phone • Uniform Program • Employee Discounts Why Work at Nittany Energy?
