Diagnose and Troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including RTUs, boilers and chillers. Perform approved repairs. Build rapport with customers for ongoing maintenance accounts. HVAC Service Technician: Essential Functions:: • Perform periodic HVAC maintenance on a variety of equipment • Troubleshoot wiring, relay logic, control systems • Conduct in-depth site surveys to identify mechanical and operating malfunctions within a facility; • Facilitate adequate communication among the internal team, sub-contractors, and customers • Demonstrate good leadership and communications to all • Provide quality customer service and follow-up to customers as needed • Interface with customers all levels and coordinate the status of upcoming projects • Other duties as assigned HVAC Service Technician experience, technical skills & attributes required:: • 5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC field experience • Understanding of Building Management systems • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings • Desire to work in fast paced, multi-faceted and diverse role • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with various departments of the company • Strong customer advocacy • Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving ability • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task • Energetic with a high sense of urgency • Refrigeration experience not required but encouraged.
