Night and day shift available. 12 hour shifts 7pm - 7am or 7am-7pm What you will do: As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep the plant running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical systems. You’ll work under the Maintenance Supervisor and follow safety and quality standards to reduce downtime and boost productivity. • Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment • Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical issues • Work with hydraulic systems • Keep track of parts and tools • Check that parts meet required specs • Make sure all equipment is safe to use • Fill out maintenance records and reports • Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures • Help train new technicians • Join teams to improve processes and reduce costs Weekly plant shutdown begins Fridays at 6:00 AM and ends Mondays at 6:00 AM.
