Responsibilities: What Will I Do? • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently • Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards • Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area • Educating and offering the customer appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at the scheduled time • Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects • Document work completed with before and after photos • Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods • Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams. • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out. • Keep your truck inventory up to date. • Properly complete paperwork. • Join the on-call rotation. • Maintain a clean and professional appearance. • Have and maintain a clean driving record. • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. • Deliver 5-star service experience to our clients & community Qualifications: Do I have What it Takes? • Two (2) years of Electrical Service background • Must have an Electrical license. • Exceptional Technician: intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, no problem wearing a uniform, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized - 'what next' attitude! • Possess the necessary tools, knowledge & drive to exceed industry standards • Be able to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, able to lift over 75 lbs, and work in tough environments like the summer heat & winter cold. • Can pass the Federal background and drug screen; a clean driving record and current driver's license are ALL a must (Please do not apply if any of these are issues. Trillium is looking for an experienced Electrician in Manitowoc, WI! Direct Hire! Our client is looking for an Electrician to join their growing team. This position is located at our client’s facility, but the work is very similar to electrical work found in construction. As an Electrician you will bend conduit, pull wire, work on panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment. The Electrician opening is a direct hire opportunity with openings on 1st shift, 2nd shift and a weekend shift! The pay ranges from $28-$38 plus, based on experience. There is also a 20% premium for the weekend shift. Employees are also eligible for a $4,000 sign on bonus! - 1st shift hours are either four 10 hours shifts Monday - Thursday or five 8 hours shifts Monday - Friday. - 2nd shift hours are Monday - Thursday from 3:00pm -2:30am. - Weekend shift is Friday- Sunday from 4:00am - 4:00pm (work 36 hours, paid for 40!). Key Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Computer, or Controls Engineering is required. • 10+ years of professional experience in Engineering, New Product Development, and/or Research & Development [R&D] of commercial equipment. • Experience with printed circuit boards for commercial appliances. • Understanding of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and use for reliability sequence development. • Ability to support NPD projects, failure analyses, and production issues. • Experience designing and troubleshooting appliance wiring and connections. • Demonstrated ability to take a concept to production, on-time, and on-budget. • Strong experience with functional requirement specifications (FRS) and working with suppliers to verify component performance meets requirements. • Ability to perform structured regression testing at both full machine level as well as component level. • Familiarity working with outside agencies (e.g., UL, NSF, IEC, etc.) is a plus. • Understanding of communication protocols using Modbus, RS232, RS485, and UART. • Basic understanding of Intellectual Property law (especially patents/claims/searches) is a plus. • Availability for occasional travel in USA, Europe, and Asia. Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $95500 - $177300 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
