Journeyman Electrician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations, as well as the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. The Journeyman Electrician will work on various construction sites, ensuring that all electrical systems are built and maintained to the highest standards. • $10,000 sign on bonus for qualifying candidates. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks related to electrical work. • Conduct troubleshooting on electrical systems using voltmeters and logic controllers to diagnose issues. • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and electrical codes while working on construction sites. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively. • Perform low voltage installations as required for specific projects. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. As a maintenance technician you will perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting, insulating, welding; machining; carpentry, rebuilding or replacing pumps, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
