Journeyman Electrician

Job Responsibilities: • Install and troubleshoot electrical systems on commercial job sites per NEC code and project specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and schematics. • Lead and train apprentices and helpers, ensuring tasks are completed safely and accurately. • Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, conduit, and fixtures. • Test electrical systems for continuity, voltage, and integrity. • Communicate and coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times. • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards. Qualifications: • Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license required. • Minimum 4 years of on-the-job electrical experience. • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, conduit bending, and commercial electrical systems. • Ability to read and follow blueprints and wiring diagrams. • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Must be able to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding environment.
