Industrial Maintenance Electrician

About the position As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician at Quad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities located in Hartford and Sussex, Wisconsin. This position is integral to maintaining our high standards of production efficiency and safety. You will be responsible for performing electrical troubleshooting and repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working with voltages up to 480 VAC. Your expertise will be essential in installing and troubleshooting relay and PLC-controlled equipment, as well as working with AC/DC motors and drives. A strong knowledge of preventative maintenance and machine operation will be vital to your success in this role. In this position, you will be expected to utilize your skills in reading blueprints, understanding tolerances and measurements, and working with both standard and metric sizes. You will also need to demonstrate proficiency in repairs of control systems, PLCs, and AC/DC drives. The role requires a commitment to working a 12-hour rotating shift, which may include holidays and overtime as needed. While a Master/Journeyman certification is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for this position.
