**Nature of position** In this role you will perform maintenance, PMs, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate various production, process, and instrumentation controls including building services. You will also identify and implement recommendations to improve equipment and facility performance while assuring proper operation, accuracy, and documentation of equipment and instrumentation. Your role will help to minimize downtime and to meet product and process requirements along the way. You will communicate technical information to others and adhere to all plant safety rules, quality guidelines, and documentation requirements. • *Daily Responsibilities** • Maintain electrical records and prints on plant equipment. • Maintain current calibration of instruments listed in the calibration program. • Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of failures to PLCs, drives, AC and DC motors, and all other associated electrical equipment. • Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuit boards, and computerized systems according to blueprints, operating manuals, or repair manuals.
