Service Technicians serve as the company's frontline ambassadors, bringing their specialized expertise and knowledge to serve our customers. The ideal candidate should be able to independently operate their own service vehicle within 30 days. This includes proficiency in residential, troubleshooting, estimating, Material procurement, sales, customer experience and strong electrical knowledge. What You’ll Be Doing: • Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls. • Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services. • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
