Position Summary MAG Aerospace is hiring for a Systems Engineer - Senior to support operations based out of Webster Outlying Field, MD. This position will manage and support a high level NAWCAD program while providing research, design, development, testing, manufacturing, and installation of SOF C5ISR equipment, components, or systems for military, government, or scientific use. Duties Include • Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial industrial, military, or scientific use. • Experience in managing a small, technical team. • Developing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), developmental testing support, and material research and tracking for critical hardware of SOF C5ISR systems that are in production, modernization, and modification phases. • Providing system engineering, system fabrication, integration, modification, system delivery and installation, system support, and technical support for C5ISR systems for vehicles. Requirements • 10 or more years of recent and relevant experience within Navy and other DoD organizations in Systems Engineering Support. • At least eight of those years of experience must be with SOF C5ISR systems as a systems engineer. • Master's Degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, or other Technical field. • This position requires a DoD Top Secret Clearance.
