Electrical Service Technician Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our team. This is a regional service position that requires regular travel to cities in the surrounding area. As an Electrical Service Technician, you will be responsible for electrical installations, servicing basic electrical equipment and systems in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, and codes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead small electrical projects from several days to months in length. • Work with tools daily. • Conduct site surveys with project managers or solo depending on the project size. • Generate accurate bills of materials (BOMs) and detailed notes based on site surveys. • Communicate intelligently and professionally with customers. • Be detail-oriented and organized. • Work a 40-hour week with some overtime available depending on project schedules. Required Skills: • Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial experience. • Crew leader or foreman experience preferred. • Experience forecasting manpower and materials. • Completed a 4-year apprenticeship, preferred. • Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, or West Virginia. • Eligible for Top-Secret level security clearance. • Clean driving record.
