MUST be knowledgeable about building services for multi-family homes. 5+ years experience in the trade is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of residential new construction multi-family communities is a must. Experience in commercial/industrial work is a plus but not required. Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines. Communication skills, written and verbal to help collaborate and explain the details of the jobsite. Necessary training will be provided for all new hires. New hires can expect to be on the same job site for the next year if not longer. Must have basic knowledge of PA electrical and building codes. Must be experienced with production residential work.
