For placement at Industrial Electrician I: HIRING RANGE: $25.19/hr. or higher depending upon experience and qualifications) JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure the maintenance and functionality of electrical equipment across Power Plants, Substations, Wells, Pump Stations, Solar Arrays, Wastewater Treatment Facilities, and other Easton Utilities and Town of Easton facilities. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with on-call responsibilities. Fully in-person, not remote. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. • Ability to work under general supervision on assigned tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and installing electrical equipment. • Adhere strictly to instructions, safety protocols, and established procedures while performing all tasks. • Provide support during electrical outages, generator startups, and emergency situations, including adverse weather conditions. • Work safely at heights on ladders, towers, lifts, and similar structures. • Maintain a high standard of reliability, punctuality, and job attendance. • Maintain a valid driver’s license. • Must be part of an on-call rotation.
