Position Summary ISI is seeking a Construction Manager – Electrical Engineer to support the VA’s Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) infrastructure upgrades at the Lebanon, PA Veterans Affairs Medical Center. This position provides full-time onsite technical support and owner's representative construction management services during the planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases. The CM will support government staff in overseeing the data cabling, data infrastructure, and electrical systems scope across the VAMC and its outlying facilities. This position requires a hands-on leader who can assess electrical construction quality, monitor schedules, guide issue resolution, and support the VA’s integrated project team.
