PRIMARY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES As a Residential Electrical Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems in residential properties. You will work closely with homeowners to ensure their electrical systems are safe, functional, and up to code. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality electrical solutions to our clients. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Valid electrician's license. • Valid driver's license. • Proven experience in residential service work. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential properties. • Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and electrical panels. • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems. • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes. • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Always follow safety protocols and procedures.

Required Qualifications: • 5 to 10 years of Electrical design experience. • Experience designing electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems. Task: • Conceptualizes the initial design approach for major phases of large facilities type projects, or has overall responsibility for the mechanical engineering work. Plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates engineering work. • Researches design options and documents findings for Project Engineers and Project Managers.
