Key Responsibilities: • Maintain, repair, and service manufacturing and facility systems • Perform skilled maintenance and repair services of mechanical and building systems • Interpret blueprints and schematics • Implement methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining building and facilities to identify and address recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts • Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair • Adhere to current sanitation and GMP requirements • Maintain current status on all required training Requirements and Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years experience as an industrial or commercial Mechanic • Understanding of mechanical systems and spatial aptitude • Good mathematical and writing skills • Ability to troubleshoot and determine the cause of improper machine operation, and make necessary adjustments and repairs to return to proper operation • Attention to detail and follow-up Working Conditions: This position requires regular hours of 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on 3rd shift.

Responsibilities include detailed project planning/monitoring, budgeting, project reviews, implementation, validation, and release to production • Promote and Drive continuous improvement programs utilizing common problem solving tools and methodologies in processes and procedures within the • Ensure delivery of effective performance management while establishing and sustaining a positive work environment. • Follows escalation reporting process with inputs from peers/manager for decision making as required.
