In This Role, You Will: • Assist in maintaining and repairing HVAC controls and equipment to ensure climate comfort and energy efficiency throughout the hospital. • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on physical structures and systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and generator systems, with proper documentation. • Replace, install, repair, and test electrical circuits, lighting systems, and related hospital equipment. • Respond to assigned work orders and complete tasks accurately and promptly. • Maintain clean and organized workspaces; return tools and equipment to storage after use. • Stay current with compliance standards including NFPA, The Joint Commission (TJC), and CMS regulations. • Support a safe, well-maintained environment by adhering to hospital safety protocols and infection control practices. What We're Looking For: • High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general maintenance or construction; hospital maintenance experience preferred. • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages a plus. • Strong multitasking and time management abilities. • Advanced computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency. • Familiarity with standard maintenance and office equipment.
