Responsibilities: Position Summary: The Electro-Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the assembly, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems in machinery, equipment, and production lines. This role requires a strong understanding of both mechanical components and electrical systems. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Associate degree or technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. • 2+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics. • Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance software. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: • Experience with automation systems and robotic equipment. • Certification in electrical or mechanical systems (e.g. Maintenance Technician Certification). Ability to bend, twist, do extensive walking, lift up to 50 lbs, and have good hand-eye coordination. Must have a valid state driver's license.
