As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will: • Approach all tasks and situations with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team. • Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance activities. • Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision. • Assist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting. • Aid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components. • Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site-specific enhancements. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in industrial technology or related field, preferred. • Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical role required, five (5) years plus preferred. • Strong skills in electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems. • Familiarity with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears). • Knowledge of control technology (PLC/controls/inverters). • Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques. • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary system monitoring programs. • Experience maintaining material handling systems in a light industry or distribution center environment is strongly preferred. Physical Requirements: • Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing. • Working at heights of up to 80-100 feet while wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE. • Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
