The Pipefitter II repairs and replaces piping systems, pipe supports and equipment for heating/cooling commercial and industrial applications and is supervised by a Pipefitter III or above. • In-depth knowledge of piping and wet-side HVAC applications. • Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain HVAC piping systems. • Repair and replace piping systems, pipe supports, and equipment for heating/cooling commercial and industrial applications. • Document work by completing paperwork and backup documentation. • Uphold high standards of safety at all times. • Requires the ability to lift heavy objects, frequent bending and lifting, standing and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders. Hourly Rate: $18/hr.- 20/hr., commensurate with qualifications. Pipefitter III This position is synonymous with a “Journeyman” position in the trades. This position has 5 or more years of experience and is considered to have mastery knowledge of piping and wet side HVAC applications. A Pipefitter III works unsupervised. This position repairs and replaces piping systems, pipe supports and equipment for heating/cooling commercial and industrial applications. A Pipefitter III also performs equipment startups and check outs. • In-depth knowledge of wet-side commercial applications and design. • Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain HVAC piping systems. • Repair and replace piping systems, pipe supports, and equipment for heating/cooling commercial and industrial applications. • Equipment start-up and check-out. • Document work by completing paperwork and backup documentation. • OSHA training; uphold high standards of safety at all times. • Experience with blueprint reading and layout. • Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Also requires frequent bending and lifting, standing and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders. Hourly Rate: $20/hr.- 22/hr., commensurate with qualifications. OSP Engineer - Beeville

Position Description • The OSP Engineer will perform design and cost estimates pertaining to new-build and over-build of Lyte Fibers OSP facilities. • Primary responsibilities include utilizing basic GIS-based field and drafting tools to perform field operations such as drafting field notes, submitting permits, preparing construction drawings, and obtaining financial approval on projects. • The OSP Engineer must be a subject matter expert on all aspects of technical components required for field development and an advanced knowledge of OSP engineering and field design methodology. • The ideal candidate for this role should show initiative and be motivated to grow and learn. Duties And Responsibilities • *OSP Engineering** • Responsible for the low-level engineering designs of all fiber to the premise projects to include fielding, placement, fiber counts, structures and splicing design for all backbone, feeder, distribution segments. • Low-Level engineering designs will include both underground and aerial engineering utilizing GIS design tools. • Detailed understanding of survey field notes and sketches to create new or update existing designs using various software platforms. • Coordinate field technicians on data collection and field surveys. • In some cases, self-perform field visits collect data and conduct field surveys. • Prepare cost estimates and material requirements for projects, manages project financials, and performs financial true-up of projects at close. • Perform Make-Ready analysis for aerial routes and review/approve Pole Attachment applications. • Understand permitting requirements and ensure all engineering is completed early for long-lead permits to ensure construction is not delayed. • Generate bill of materials, splice sheets, and other supporting documentation required for permitting, construction, and record-keeping. • Continue to optimize the low-level design to lower cost and simplify the drop installation for Lyte Fibers field technicians. • *Planning, Quality Control and Reporting** • Perform review of low-level designs to ensure adherence to Lyte Fiber standards. • Prepare and review work packages for internal and vendor assignments. • Provides input on best practices, permit processes, field construction methods, and OSP material solutions. • Be proactive and forward looking to ensure there is a strong pipeline of FTTH designs in progress and construction ready to absorb unforeseen delays without impacting annual FTTH build targets. • Report weekly on the number of FTTH passings by status: approved, design, permitting, construction ready. • Work with PMO to assist in the preparation of project timelines, provide regular updates on schedule, delays, and what steps may be required to mitigate the delays. • *Additional Responsibilities** • Attends various meetings with management, departments, vendors and municipalities to ensure company objectives are met. • Create weekly reports and update management on status and issues.
