Job Description The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Mechanic primary responsibilities, with safety in mind, are to maintain, tests, and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. Possessing welding and machining skills is a plus. Job Responsibilities • Provides maintenance information by using CMMS. • An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems. • Use strong PLC trouble shooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude. • Read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings. • Maintain production equipment to a reliable level of production through preventative maintenance • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
