We seek a candidate to design and implement capital improvements to the sugar refinery. The position requires project management experience with engineering systems in the manufacturing environment. This position will report to the Engineering Manager. Develop and manage process improvement projects. Projects may include, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and chemical systems in a heavy industrial environment. Applicants must have the ability to manage multiple projects, prepare budgets and proposals, coordinate efforts of several departments and provide a leadership role in the development, installation, and monitoring of each project through commissioning. Additionally, this position provides technical assistance in new equipment installation and commissioning, developing, and managing extra-ordinary budgets and proper account allocation, helps maintain database historian, as well as performs technical studies.
