Responsibilities: Plant Operations and Monitoring: • Operate and monitor digesters, gas upgrading equipment, and other biogas systems. • Use SCADA, PLC, and HMI software to control and monitor plant processes. • Monitor fluid/gas flows, pressures, and temperatures. • Conduct regular equipment inspections (pumps, mixers, valves, etc.). Mechanical Maintenance and Troubleshooting: • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance. • Replace filters, belts, hoses, and worn parts. • Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and coordinate complex repairs. • Assist in equipment upgrades and overhauls.
