General Description: Under general supervision from a lead mechanic, performs semi-skilled and skilled mechanic's work. Minimum Requirements: • Graduation from high school and four (4) years experience as mechanic or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Special Requirements: • On rotational basis, must be on 24 hour call. • Must possess a complete set of mechanic tools, to include enough hand and pneumatic tools to work on large construction type equipment as well as tools to repair smaller type automotive vehicles. A complete tool set would include tools up to and including ½" drive. • Must possess a valid Utah Commercial Driver License or be able to obtain within six (6) months from date of hire. • Must be or become certified Utah Emission Inspector within six (6) months of hire date. Must maintain certification throughout employment. • Must be or become certified Utah Safety Inspector within six (6) months of hire date. Must maintain certification throughout employment. Essential Duties: • Repairs and maintains Murray City vehicles and equipment; maintains approximately 400 cars, trucks, construction and snow removal equipment; maintains lawn mowers and other city grounds equipment. • Welds; replaces parts; repairs parts; repairs electrical and hydraulic systems; performs tune ups and engine overhauls; troubleshoots problems. • Completes a repair order on each vehicle repaired; keeps maintenance and repair records. • Performs preventive maintenance on all departmental vehicles; orders repair parts. • Conducts vehicle and equipment safety inspections; makes report to highway patrol on state inspections. • Performs related duties as required. Summary Partner is seeking full-time Building Science Project Engineers across the country to complete Property & Facility Condition Assessments and subsequent due diligence reports for our clients. Responsibilities And Duties • Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems, provide recommendations for immediate repairs, and use observations and industry standards to determine future building system replacements • Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance, data compilation and organization, and project research (historical, regulatory, etc.) • Technical report authoring and preparation of quality supporting documents (maps, appendices, etc.) • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule and effectively communicate project progress and any issues as they arise to the Project Manager and client • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and client • Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope Qualifications • A Bachelors or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.) • 0-2 years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating • 0-2 years of experience performing property inspections • 0-2 years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions • Skills And Abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) • Projects involve a degree of travel. Job Description: A-Core is looking for an experienced full-time truck mechanic to join the team in our fast-paced Shop working on a variety of trucks ranging from light duty pickups to semi-trucks. Most of our fleet consists of Ford F350-F750's. Experience with Ford 6.7 highly desired. Daily activities range from preventative maintenance (PM's) to technical repairs. You will be responsible for accurate record keeping, paperwork, ordering parts, research solutions, and updating systems for maintenance reminders. Many opportunities to learn and grow. Experience with Eptura (Manager Plus) and J-Pro Fleet Software are preferred but not required.
