Assist in the creation and maintenance of quality control documentation and participate in quality assurance programs. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop and maintain technical drawings, including critical dimensions, tolerances, and material properties. Assist in the design, development, and production of products and processes. Conduct tests, collect and analyze data, and assist in the development of prototypes. Participate in the investigation of production issues, identify root causes, and contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventative actions. Assist in the development of quality standards for both finished goods and raw materials. Inspect materials and finished goods as needed to ensure adherence to quality standards. Support the training of production and quality assurance employees on new processes and work instructions during initial implementation. Manage assigned tasks within product development or process improvement projects to ensure timely completion. Contribute to plant safety initiatives and ensure that work instructions incorporate safety guidelines. Perform other engineering-related tasks as needed to support the overall goals of the department. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong interest in supporting manufacturing operations and improving production processes. Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
