HARDWARE TECHNICIAN LEVEL-Shift Details: 12hrs compress night shift (6pm - 6am Shift either Sun-Tues or Thu-Sat with rotating Wed) Pay Rate: $27 to $31 per hour The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess: • Solid interpersonal skills • Strong analytical skills • Ability to quickly adapt to change What You Will Be Doing: • Take primary responsibility in supporting existing tools. • Ensure professional interaction with all internal and external customers. • Report all activity on tools in the required database. • Contact all scheduled equipment support (OEM) suppliers at the beginning of the shift to determine onsite times.Perform a daily walk through of assigned buildings/equipment and do the following: • Note down equipment: • Notify any supplier (30) days in advance of tools that require Preventive Maintenance. • Run SPC wafers on assigned equipment and record in database for tool stability trending. • Notify and schedule equipment repairs and PM using the database provided. • Support existing equipment sustaining activities by escorting all (OEM) suppliers to their tools and assisting in technical support as required. • Undergo OJT cross training for technical and minor modifications in tool list. • Update database on a daily basis for equipment status and repair. • Document the customer management programs by maintaining equipment and SPC runs in the database provided. • Organize and reference supplier manuals and documentation in soft copy format in the equipment server. • Maintain manuals and documentation in alphabetical order. • Mentor junior?level equipment Technicians • Other responsibilities as assigned by customer management. • Experience with hazardous materials • Knowledge of SEMI E10 standards Strong analytical skills • Strong problem?solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to manage multiply task in a R&D environments. • Proven ability to perform equipment operation, equipment calibrations, equipment qualifications, system and/or wafer recovery • Self Starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and/or direction • Ability/Experience in gathering required process data, entering data i • tracking sheets and/or system, analyzing data and reporting findings. • Perform recovery of miss?processed or miss?handled wafers and daily •/weekly system qualification What You Need to Bring to the Table: • 0 -2 years of industry experience • Minimal experience on Semiconductor process and analytical equipment. • Basic understanding of Safety and Clean room protocols • Proven ability to interfacing with members of various departments and OEM’s. • Reasonable organizational and interpersonal skills • Reasonable written and verbal communication skills. • Solid computer skills. Your Career The Mechanical Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical design team, ensuring the successful execution of projects from early concept through production. Your Experience • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred. • Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in system design. • Minimum 7 plus years of experience of people management skills preferred. • Proven track record of successfully leading mechanical design teams and delivering high quality low cost complex design solutions. • Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks and PDM). • Expertise in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles. • Strong understanding of part manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, machining). • Strong understanding of estimated mechanical enclosure parts & hard tooling cost. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to scale the team and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks and resources effectively. • Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to resolution. • Excellent understanding of the entire thermal development process (e.g., feasibility, simulations, system thermal profiling and fan policy). • Desired Skills • Experience in the networking and mobile product development • Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems • Strong experience with rapid prototyping techniques. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $220000 - $300000/YR.
